When we got the keys to 2068 Catalpa Way, I realized how smooth this whole thing had been thanks to Jaz. She handled all the HOA requirements that could've been a nightmare, and her local expertise really showed throughout the process. Meeting and working with Jazz for finding a home was a fantasy story that happened in reality. From Day 1, Jaz impressed us with her analytical and cognitive skills in researching just-right properties (instead of dumping us with bulk search results!) and intelligent right offer price for properties of interest. Interactions with her were like polaris star' always guiding us with the right strategy to match requirements of our future home. Our trust firmed up with each open house and by the time we went to Escrow, she was already authentic and reliable for us for all things home.
