There were many difficulties dealing with the buyer and the buyer's lender, but she was on top of it calling the buyer's agent and even the lender to keep things moving and in the timeframe outlined. Although we were stressed throughout the process, Jaz had a confident calmness having gone through it many times. She was even more familiar with our neighborhood and the houses that had sold than us! We highly recommend that if you are looking for a realtor to help you sell your home, Jaz should be the first person you call! And there'll be no need to call anyone else.

The Real Estate market has shifted, but you can always count on Jaz’s market expertise. I made the mistake of trusting my largest asset to another agent; it sat on the market for 50 days without an offer (when houses went pending within 10-15 days). We recently bought a house from a seller that she represented. As the listing agent, she failed to provide proper guidance and education to her client. As a result, the seller has breached contract and turned over our house in a condition similar to a “foreclosed” home. Once the escrow closed and she collected her commision, she never followed through and seemed like she moved on to her next sale and could care less if her client fulfill the request of repairs. She was rude, no decency what so ever to take accountability for her and her clients actions. All we heard was two million excuses as to why they breached their contract. If you are a seller thinking about hiring this agent, think again. Because of her lack of proper guidance her client lost her deposit in escrow due to failure of completing the request of repairs as well as breach of contract. Once she gets her commision, she would let you deal with all the responsibilities and will also blame you for the misfortunes. Her demeanor quickly changes from being the sweetest to a fiesty greedy monster when dealing with unfortunate event. We are first time home buyers and our experience was horendous.
